Email sign-ups (Kit / ConvertKit)
When you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your first name and email address. This is used to send you emails you have requested. The legal basis is consent — you can withdraw this at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email we send.
Scorecard submissions
When you complete the free acquirability scorecard, we collect your email address to send you your results. The legal basis is consent. We may also follow up with relevant content — you can opt out at any time.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to understand how visitors use this site. If you decline cookies via our cookie banner, no tracking cookies are set. If you accept, basic analytics data (pages visited, time on site) may be collected. We do not use advertising cookies or share analytics data with third parties for advertising purposes.
3. How long we keep your data
- Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Scorecard submissions: until you request deletion
- Cookie/analytics data: subject to the retention policies of the analytics provider used
4. Who we share data with
We use the following third-party processors to operate this service:

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with any other parties.
5. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting lawfulness of prior processing)
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk
